He has been working in pricing for 20 years across a wide-range of market sectors; business services, education, energy, financial services, leisure, media, pharmaceuticals, retail, software, and travel are some of the sectors from which he can leverage experience. His time has been split between B2C and B2B both as a practitioner and as a consultant.

    Tim holds an MBA from London Business School and has a long-standing passion for helping others improve their pricing. He has achieved this in a number of different ways, and is experienced in looking at commercial model redesign, pricing strategy, price structure and level optimisation, promotions, value communications, pricing capabilities and processes, and monitoring of price performance.

    Nick leads Pearson Ham’s pricing consultancy activity in the energy sector. Prior to joining Pearson Ham, he spent 15 years working across the sector, both as a client and a management consultant. During this time, he led Shell’s retail fuels pricing strategy development and delivery across 40+ countries, and helped a broad range of energy companies and equipment manufacturers to navigate the transition underway in the sector.

    With a background in fast moving consumer goods marketing, Nick has an inherently inquisitive nature, and looks to combine a deep understanding of the customer with operational realities, to develop and deliver outcomes that ensure strategy turns to action, and delivers results in the market.

    Her restaurant pricing experience includes McDonald’s, TGIF, Darden Restaurants, CraftWorks Holdings, Dave & Busters, Friendly’s, Au Bon Pain, Joe’s Crab Shack, Quick and Greene King Pub Co. Ines has also worked in Food and Beverage operations with major hospitality firms such as: Four Seasons Hotels, InterContinental Hotels, Club Med and Compass.

    She obtained a BSc in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, and a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University. She is transparently bi-lingual in English and Spanish with a working knowledge of French.

    Prior to joining Pearson Ham, Bach spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company where he served clients in 15 countries on 4 continents. This enabled him to learn global best practices while always ensuring that they are tailored and applied to the local context. At McKinsey Bach led numerous large scale transformation programmes that delivered both short-term cash and long-term value to the clients, covering the whole service spectrum from design to implementation.

    Having gone through the full consulting path from analyst to partner, Bach is equally comfortable engaging at the strategic high level as well as going deep in analysis.

    Jamie joined Pearson Ham as a pricing analyst, having completed an undergraduate degree in Management at the LSE.

    Whilst completing his studies, Jamie built his own clothing company that sold bespoke handmade garments; he particularly enjoyed the process of developing targeted marketing strategies and carrying out research to inform pricing decisions. By the time he had graduated, his business had gained a significant following and earnt him recognition and endorsement as an “LSE Entrepreneur”.

    With a desire to gain insight into a range of industries and understand how different business models operate, Jamie also completed internships in the Japanese automotive sector with Daimler Trucks Asia and has worked with a Turkish FinTech start-up in helping them derive a go-to-market strategy for the UK market.

    Jamie strives to leverage his own entrepreneurial insight, international corporate experience and comprehensive analytical skill-set to build strong relationships with clients and help solve their most complex pricing challenges.

    He has even accumulated experience in the finance industry having worked as an audit intern with KPMG in Dubai. His diverse portfolio of experience allows him to embrace an analytical and creative approach to problem solving.

    In-chan joined Pearson Ham after his PhD at Imperial College London analysing financial benefits of optimising energy management of electric vehicles integrated with solar panels and battery storage. He was awarded a 1st class MEng in Civil Engineering also at Imperial.

    He is entrepreneurial and enjoys taking the initiative and responsibilities. During his PhD, he started a Korean delicacy store to showcase traditional products of his heritage. It gained high ratings on both Deliveroo and UberEats. He used insights and data from social media advertising campaigns to inform his pricing decisions.

    He enjoys getting to know people and building long-term relations. He has helped start-ups get in touch with the Consulting Society and the Retail, Hospitality and FMCG Society at Imperial College for the benefit of all parties.

    In-chan aims to help clients be more successful through better pricing by combining analytics and synthesis, with his genuine interest in people and building lasting relationships.
