    Establishing the pricing opportunities and applying an assessment process in order that they could be prioritised and sequenced.
    Building a robust plan which integrates recent price moves and opportunities for the coming 36 months.

    Key insight(s):
    Current flat pricing structure does not lend itself as well as others to enable enhancement related price increases.
    A versioned and packaged based pricing model will help to deliver significant on-going price moves reflecting value creation, without gaining adverse market reactions.

    The proposed price changes are expected to deliver an additional £3.9m in revenues over the next 3 years.
